Weill Cornell Community Clinic
The Weill Cornell Community Clinic (WCCC) is a student-run clinic serving the uninsured population of New York City. We see patients every Monday evening, from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
Financial Assistance
New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center has a long-standing policy to assist patients who receive health care services at our center and are in need of financial aid, regardless of age, gender, race, national origin, socio-economic or immigrant status, sexual orientation or religious affiliation. The Center for the Performing Artist at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center is committed to serving the medical needs of performing artists regardless of ability to pay. Many of our physicians donate their time for the professional services they provide to The Center for the Performing Artist. Our staff is able to help patients identify whether they are eligible for Medicaid or other sources of financial assistance.
Charity Care
Residents of New York State may qualify for Charity Care/Financial Aid for medically necessary emergency services. Residents of NYPH's primary service area may qualify for Charity Care/Financial Aid for medically necessary non-emergency services. Patients who are uninsured, have exhausted their insurance benefits or incur deductibles, co-payments or co-insurance costs which they are unable to pay, are eligible for financial assistance if they meet certain criteria. They may be eligible for Charity Care/Financial Aid and may qualify for nominal payments or discounted rates, depending on family size and household income. Installment payment plans are available. Charity Care/Financial Aid eligibility will be determined upon completion of a Charity Care/Financial Aid application. Ambulatory Care Center Social Work Services
Social Work Services in the Ambulatory Care Center are available through the Department of Social Work Programs to Division of Rheumatology patients, in all pediatric clinics, and in targeted orthopedic clinics.
